HomeRiver – Oakwater’s Management Company

HomeRiver was recently added as the Management Company overseeing Oakwater’s legal requirements as well as addressing issues, concerns, etc. Please click the link above (Login Required) to review our Owner’s Portal, as well as pay your association fees, etc.

Club House Hours/Services

The clubhouse is currently staffed from 10am-6pm, although owners with FOBs have a wider access window (7am-10pm). Owners must use their FOBs to access ANY Oakwater amenities outside the designated hours of 10a-6p.

Current Amenities and their status are listed below:

  • Gym/Workout Area – Open with limitations
  • Game Room – Closed
  • Lounge Area – Open with limitations
  • Jungle Gym – Open
  • Tennis/Basketball Court – Open
    • On a first come , first served basis
  • Sand VolleyBall Court – Open
    • But currently under repair
  • Sports Equipment – Owners/Visitors are able to borrow a number of different types of sports equipment
    • Basketball
    • Tennis rackets and balls
    • Pickleball paddles, etc.

Parking Passes

As owners know, at Oakwater we take parking very seriously. Each owner/visitor is required to acquire a parking pass from the Clubhouse. This pass will verify you are permitted to park on Oakwater Property, and will avoid “Warning Stickers” and possible towing of a vehicle. It is imperative you acquire a parking pass to avoid complication during your stay. Please note, the “Owner” parking pass is a permanent hang tag, where as a “visitor” hang tag has a start and end date that will be taken into account when reviewed by our security personnel each evening.

Pool Hours/Rules

The Oakwater Pool and Hot Tub are open from 8am-10pm. All owners, renters and visitors are able to utilize the pool and hot tub (using FOB or PIN to gain access). The both the pool and the hot tub are heated and open year round.

Oakwater has a “SplashPad” for the little ones, as well. The Splash Pad is located just south of the clubhouse.

We’re sorry, currently, the Splash Pad is out of service until further notice.

The standard rules of a semi-public pool apply, no running, no glass, etc.

Points of Interest in the Area

It’s exciting to see all the owners get so involved with their community! The actions I’ve seen over the last year by the people that live here is refreshing to see!

  1. Would anyone have a unit for rent starting tomorrow Mar 04 for one month ?
    We are here already but have to check out tomorrow.
    2 adults with a tiny service dog.

  2. Does anyone have vacancy for the 3 nights of March 10,11 and 12. I had to leave early and in the rush my unit got double booked for 3 days. I don’t want to have to cancel someone and the management company who made the mistake aren’t much help. Nothing to do with Oakwater Management. Will pay cash and cleaning fees.
